There are lots of things which I would have found really useful as I was starting out on my own baking journey, so I’m really keen to share some of the knowledge I’ve gained on the way
This guide is a handy reference for understanding some of the most common baking conversions. You’ll often need to change between cups and grammes or millilitres, but different dry ingredients like flour and sugar don’t weigh the same, and I found I would have to look up ‘sticks’ of butter separately each time too! I wanted to bring those together in one place to make adapting to different recipes easier – happy baking!
